After four years at CBO, Rick was hired by 20th Century Fox to work in its creative advertising department. In his two and a half years there, he worked on every movie the company released, doing trailers and TV spots for films like Independence Day and Star Wars Special Edition Re-release.
In 1997, Rick left Fox for a position at his current company, New Wave Entertainment. Beginning as Post Production Supervisor overseeing the Fox account for the company, then Vice President of Post-Production overseeing the entire Post-Production department. Increased the number of spots finished 3-fold and increased the staff from 15 to 50. In 2008, Rick was named the COO of NWE where he supervises over 180 employees overseeing the day-today operations of the company’s brands that include NWE Finishing, Project XAV (film, TV, streaming advertising) and Hi5.Agency (Social media management and development).
