Area of Expertise:
Your Customers - Their Journey, Prototyping, Testing & Iteration
Greg Henry has had an extensive career in the mobile computing and wireless networking technology sector.  Holding a wide range of executive management positions including VP Operations, EVP Solutions and Services, SVP Software Services and CEO, Greg has a broad understanding of how to leverage technology solutions to improve business outcomes.  Greg believes that successful technology deployments must include input from members of the entire organization and include stake holders from all levels within the organization.  One often overlooked stake holder is the actual technology user.  The folks in the warehouse, retail store, delivery vehicle and so on.  Simply put, if these folks do not accept and embrace the solution, the organization will never achieve the expected results and return on investment.

As a solution provider, Greg has had the privilege to work with a board range of fortune 1000 companies across many industries (retail, warehouse, transportation, manufacturing).  His solutions have included both employee and customer facing technologies that improve worker productivity while reducing data errors. A key reason for his success is the result of listening to the various stake holders and creating solutions that connect their individual needs.

The Design Thinking principles, techniques and activities provide a valuable framework for creating technology solutions to resolve business problems or improve existing workflows.  Whether you are creating a product or simply looking to improve an existing process, utilizing the Design Thinking Process will enable you to gain a thorough understanding of the need, rapidly prototype and evaluate concepts and ultimately deliver a more human centered product or solution.
