With over 25 years international and domestic experience in the food, dairy, and beverage industries, Ed most recently managed the Corporate staff for food safety, quality systems, engineering, and occupational health and safety, environmental, and transportation compliance at Golden State Foods (GSF). Based in Irvine, CA, he helped set policies and procedures for 13 food processing facilities and 21 distribution centers globally. The company’s products included sauces, dressings, dairy, beef, and produce primarily for the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry.
Ed received his BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his MBA from Indiana University. |
