Andres Magana is Director of Community Engagement at The Wall Las Memorias Project (TWLMP), a health and wellness community organization dedicated to serving Latino, LGBTQ and other underserved populations through advocacy, education and building the next generation of leadership. Under his leadership and direction, TWLMP has successfully advocated and been awarded funding on both the local and statewide level to create programming around various LGBTQ health and wellness campaigns.
Andres works on the development team and serves as the liaison to community partners, representatives of government officials, and distinguished community advocates to garner support for the organization’s mission and vision. Andres is an alumni of the 2019 Los Angeles Area Class of the NextGen LGBTQ Emerging Leaders Program. Andres is a proud native Angelino and graduated from Loyola Marymount University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in political science. |
